Puerto del Rosario – Los pozos

Blue Reef Estates presents this wonderful duplex house in the coastal neighborhood of Los Pozos, one of the most desirable residential areas of the capital of the island of Fuerteventura.

The house is a typical fishermen’s house from the neighborhood, adapted and completely renovated to modernity. A complete renovation was done in 2018. The house has two floors and there is the possibility of expanding it by building a third floor.
Currently the house has an entrance with a patio of about 10m2 with fruit trees. Once entering the house we find a large hall that gives access to the kitchen and the living room of the house. Apart from the living room there is a fully equipped bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The house has a backyard of about 30m2 to enjoy meals with friends or family and a garden house with a room for a washing machine and doing laundry.

Los Pozos is the area where the events and congress palace, the football field and the largest gym on the island are located. The house is a stone’s throw from the small beach, Playa Blanca beach and its promenade. It also has a children’s playground and public sports courts nearby.
Close to the Fuerteventura general hospital and the intersection with the motorway. Close to the Las Rotondas shopping centre and the Puerto del Rosario marina and cruise port.
